This Frozen S’mores Recipe is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines layers of graham crackers, melted chocolate, fluffy marshmallow topping, and optional cream cheese for extra creaminess. Ingredients

Scale

Base Layer

  • 12 graham crackers (broken in half)

Chocolate Layer

  • 1112 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Marshmallow Layer

  • 1 (5–7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
  • 2 ½ cups frozen whipped topping (thawed)
  • 5 oz cream cheese (optional, softened for extra creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang on the sides to make it easy to lift the frozen s’mores out once set.
  2. Layer Graham Crackers: Arrange half of the graham crackers evenly along the bottom of the prepared pan, creating the base layer for the s’mores.
  3. Make Chocolate Layer: Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Spread half of this melted chocolate evenly over the graham crackers, then sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top to enhance the chocolate flavor.
  4. Whipped Marshmallow Layer: In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed frozen whipped topping and marshmallow fluff. Beat them together until smooth and creamy. If using, gently fold in the softened cream cheese to add extra creaminess to the layer. Spread this marshmallow mixture evenly over the chocolate layer.
  5. Top Layers: Drizzle or spread the remaining melted chocolate on top of the marshmallow layer. Finally, cover this with the remaining half of the graham crackers, pressing gently to form the top layer.
  6. Freeze: Cover the pan tightly with foil or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until the s’mores are firm and set completely.
  7. Serve: Use the overhanging parchment or foil to lift the frozen s’mores out of the pan. Cut into 12 squares using a sharp knife. Serve immediately, or let the pieces soften for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature for easier eating.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, be sure the cream cheese is softened before folding into the marshmallow layer.
  • Allow the s’mores to soften slightly before serving to avoid difficulty biting into the fully frozen treat.
  • Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor.
  • Store leftover s’mores in the freezer wrapped tightly to maintain freshness.
  • You can swap milk chocolate chips with dark or white chocolate for a different taste profile.
