Meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
Additional Ingredients:
- 23 Ritz crackers (or similar)
- ¾ cup pecan pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces Cool Whip (or similar)
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
