Pretzel Crust:

  • 2 1/2 cups salted pretzels (lightly crushed)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

Cream Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz cool whip (thawed)

Raspberry Jello Topping:

  • 6 oz package raspberry jello
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13” pan and bake for 12 minutes. Cool.

  3. Prepare cream layer:
  4. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar. Fold in cool whip and spread over pretzel crust.

  5. Prepare raspberry jello topping:
  6. Boil water, dissolve jello mix, and stir in raspberries. Pour over cream cheese layer.

  7. Refrigerate until set, about 2 to 4 hours.
