Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry: Roll out puff pastry into a 10×12 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread sauce: Spread marinara sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Add cheese and toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, followed by pepperoni and Italian seasoning.
  5. Roll and chill: Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes for easier slicing.
