    Watermelon Fries:

  • 1 small-medium seedless watermelon
  • Dip:

  • ½ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup whipped topping (such as TruWhip)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut into fries. Slice the watermelon into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Use a crinkle cutter to create fry shapes, removing the rind.
  2. Whip the dip. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and whipped topping until combined.
  3. Serve. Plate the watermelon fries, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, and serve with the dip. Enjoy!
