Sweetener

  • Sweetener, to taste (honey, maple syrup, stevia)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients: milk, greens, frozen banana, frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, nut butter or seeds, nutrition boosts, and sweetener.
  2. Add Ingredients: Place all ingredients into the blender carafe in the order listed, starting with the milk and ending with the sweetener.
  3. Blend Smooth: Blend all ingredients together on high speed until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture with no chunks remaining.
