For the Syrup:

  • 19 g Peaches
  • 13 g Strawberries
  • 25 g Water
  • 7.50 g Cane sugar
  • 0.20 tsp Lemon juice

Additional Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Strawberries and peach slices for garnishing (optional)
  • Soda maker

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cut peaches and strawberries into small slices, then place in a small pot with water, lemon juice, and cane sugar. Bring to a low boil and allow to simmer for 20 mins. Strawberries should be pale in color and mushy.
  2. Step 2: Once syrup is cool, strain out fruit and filter syrup into a sealable container. This syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to one month.
  3. Step 3: To make your Strawberry Peach Soda, pour 2 oz of syrup into a glass with ice and top with 6 oz of sparkling water. Garnish with strawberries and peaches for extra flavor. Give it a little mix and enjoy!
