  • 1/2 cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
  • Fresh Strawberries – washed and sliced

Instructions

  1. Crepes: In a large bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Milk, Vanilla, and Sugar until smooth. Let sit for 20 minutes, then cook the crepes on a Crepe Maker.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: Mix Cream Cheese, Heavy Whipping Cream, Sugars, and Vanilla until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
