Pie Crust Dough:

S’mores Filling:

  • 1 graham cracker (split into four segments)
  • ½ cup marshmallow cream
  • 40 mini marshmallows

Additional:

  • 1 egg white (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pie crust dough: Roll out the dough and cut it into four large circles.
  2. Prepare the fillings: Place graham cracker, chocolate squares, marshmallow cream, and mini marshmallows on each dough circle.
  3. Assemble the hand pies: Fold the dough over the fillings, wet the edges, fold and press the edges, then crimp with fingers or fork.
