Crust:
- 2 2/3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (1/4 ounce) packet fast rising yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 2/3 cups warm water (120–125 degrees)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Toppings:
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- Crust: Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Spray pan with Pam and lay Parchment paper down. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, powdered milk, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add oil to warm water and pour into the mixture. Stir until batter forms. Spread dough on pan using fingertips until even. Bake just the crust for 8-10 minutes.
- Toppings: Brown Italian sausage and ground chuck until crumbled. Drain meat. Spread tomato paste on partially baked crust. Assemble in this order: sauce, meats, cheese. Bake at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand, cut, and serve!
