  • 1 package Johnsonville Fully Cooked Turkey Breakfast Sausage links (9.6 oz, 12-ct)
  • 6 large eggs, scrambled
  • 3/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 6 tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper or alternatively use a 9×13-inch baking pan to prepare it for baking the wraps.
  2. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out 6 tortillas flat on your work surface. On each tortilla, evenly distribute about 1/3 cup of the scrambled eggs, spreading them gently.
  3. Add Cheese and Sausage: Sprinkle about 2 to 3 tablespoons of shredded Colby Jack cheese over the eggs on each tortilla. Then place 2 fully cooked turkey sausage links down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll the Wraps: Begin rolling each tortilla by tucking one side under the filling to secure it, then carefully roll the rest of the way up tightly to hold all ingredients together. Place the wraps seam side down on the lined baking pan.
  5. Brush with Butter: Use a brush to coat the top of each wrap with melted butter. This will help them get golden and crispy during baking.
  6. Bake: Bake the wraps in the preheated oven for 12 minutes until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve: Remove from oven. Slice in half if desired and serve warm, ideally accompanied by fresh fruit for a balanced breakfast.
