- 4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian option)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Vegetables (Optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
