These flavorful pinwheel sandwiches are perfect for a party or a quick and delicious lunch. Packed with cream cheese, bacon, various deli meats, cheeses, and fresh greens, they are sure to be a hit at any gathering.

For the Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 2 (8-ounce) blocks of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons (or 2 packets) Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
  • 1 pound cooked crispy bacon, finely crumbled

For the Green Tortilla Wraps:

  • 4 (12-inch, green) spinach-herb tortilla wraps
  • 8 slices Havarti cheese
  • 16 large slices deli salami (or 32 slices small salami)
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves

For the White Tortillas:

  • 4 (12-inch, white) burrito-size tortillas, soft
  • 8 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 pound deli chicken breast, thinly-sliced
  • 1 pound deli baked ham or pastrami, thinly-sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add mayo, ranch seasoning, and bacon bits. Mix well.
  2. Assemble the Green Tortilla Wraps: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on the green tortillas. Layer chicken, Colby Jack cheese, salami, and spinach. Roll them up tightly.
  3. Assemble the White Tortillas: Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on the white tortillas. Layer ham, Havarti cheese, salami, and lettuce. Roll them up tightly.
  4. Slice and Serve: Cut the rolled tortillas into pinwheel sandwiches. Secure with picks if desired. Serve and enjoy!
