  • 1 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 6 footlong bread rolls
  • 10 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice beef: Thinly shave partially frozen beef using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife.
  2. Marinate beef: Combine beef with marinade ingredients and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Preparation: Preheat griddle over high heat and dice the onions.
  4. Sauté onion: Sauté the onions until lightly charred, then set aside.
  5. Toast bread: Slice rolls and toast them on the griddle.
  6. Cook beef: Cook marinated beef in oil until browned and cooked through.
  7. Melt cheese: Top cooked beef with cheese to melt.
  8. Assemble: Fill toasted rolls with beef and onions. Serve with ketchup or horseradish sauce.
