  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook the Salmon: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
