Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray a ramekin or small baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the quick oats, maple syrup, salt, ripe banana, baking powder, and egg. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Assemble the Baked Oats: Pour half of the oat mixture into the prepared ramekin. Spoon the Nutella in the center over this half-layer, then cover with the remaining oat mixture to encase the Nutella.
