- ⅓ cup hummus
- ¼ cup olives, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup artichoke hearts
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- ¼ cup feta, crumbled
- ¼ cup mozzarella
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- Prepare Ingredients: Preheat oven to 425ºF. Chop roasted red peppers, olives, and artichoke hearts.
- Assemble Flatbread: Place flatbread on baking sheet. Spread hummus, mozzarella, and toppings. Sprinkle feta. Reserve some feta for garnish. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are crispy. Remove from oven and top with remaining feta, parsley, and more balsamic glaze. Slice and serve.
