Flatbread:

  • 2 Naan or flatbread

Toppings:

  • ⅓ cup hummus
  • ¼ cup olives, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup feta, crumbled
  • ¼ cup mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Preheat oven to 425ºF. Chop roasted red peppers, olives, and artichoke hearts.
  2. Assemble Flatbread: Place flatbread on baking sheet. Spread hummus, mozzarella, and toppings. Sprinkle feta. Reserve some feta for garnish. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  3. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are crispy. Remove from oven and top with remaining feta, parsley, and more balsamic glaze. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • You can customize the toppings to suit your preferences.
  • For a vegan option, omit the feta and mozzarella.
