For the Chicken:
- 1 1/2 lbs / 650g chicken breast, skinless, boneless
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp mint, dried
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp dill, dried or 1 tbsp fresh
- salt and pepper to taste
For the Wraps:
- hummus
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- everyday salad
- cooked broccoli
- 3–4 tortillas
- Chop the vegetables: Prepare the salad by chopping the vegetables.
- Make the garlicky yogurt sauce: In a bowl, mix yogurt with 1 garlic clove, salt, and dill until smooth.
- Cook the chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cook in a pan with olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, black pepper, and dried mint until golden brown.
- Assemble the wraps: Fill tortillas with lettuce, chicken, broccoli, salad, hummus, and yogurt sauce. Wrap and enjoy.
