Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Toppings

    • 1 cup mini marshmallows
    • 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling – Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and marshmallow fluff. Whip heavy cream separately, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake – Pour filling over crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
