  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, and seasonings in one dish. In another dish, beat eggs and milk. Place flour in a third dish.
  3. Bread Chicken: Dredge chicken breasts in flour, then egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Pan Fry: Cook the breaded chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Top & Bake: Mix the remaining Parmesan cheese with mozzarella and minced garlic. Top the chicken with this mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
