A refreshing and indulgent Iced Cherry Chai recipe inspired by the popular Starbucks drink. This copycat version combines the aromatic flavors of chai tea with the sweetness of cherry syrup, topped with a luscious cherry cream cold foam for a delightful twist.

Cherry Cream Cold Foam:

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp cherry syrup
  • 1 tbsp whole milk

Iced Cherry Chai:

  • ½ cup chai tea concentrate
  • ½ cup milk of choice (I used 2%)
  • ½ tsp freeze-dried cherries (crushed)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Make the Cherry Cream Cold Foam: Add heavy cream, cherry syrup, and whole milk to a container. Froth for 20-30 seconds until whipped. Set aside.
  2. Make the Iced Cherry Chai: Fill a glass with ice. Add chai concentrate and milk.
  3. Top with Cherry Cream Cold Foam: Add the prepared cherry cream cold foam on top of the iced chai latte. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried cherries. Enjoy!
