Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form a thick dough. Add nuts, seeds, or coconut if desired. Adjust sweetness by adding sweetener to taste.
  3. Shape Cookies: Use your hands to form 12 cookie shapes. Cookies will not spread during baking.
  4. Bake: Place cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
