1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Egg Mixture:

6 large eggs, 1 cup milk

Additional Ingredients:

1 pound breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled), 1 medium onion (chopped), 1 bell pepper (chopped), 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, Salt and pepper to taste, Cooking spray or olive oil
