Dressing:
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 minced garlic clove
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar. Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl or mason jar.
Whisk or shake until fully emulsified. Whisk vigorously or shake the ingredients together until well combined and emulsified.
