  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 8 ounce Cool Whip

Topping:

  • 8 ounce Cool Whip
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 11×7-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Brownie Layer: In a medium mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, egg, melted butter, and milk. Spread batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-28 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
