Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Combine flour, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl to form soft dough. Press evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely before proceeding.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture evenly over cooled crust, covering all edges.
  3. Prepare the Pistachio Layer: Whisk pistachio pudding mix and cold milk for 2–3 minutes until thickened. Let set briefly then spread evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Add the Final Topping: Spread remaining whipped topping over pistachio layer and smooth it out. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for crunch and decoration.
  5. Chill Before Serving: Refrigerate dessert for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight to allow layers to set and flavors to meld. Serve chilled for best texture.
