A healthier twist on the classic Snickers candy bar, these Date Snickers are made with medjool dates, peanut butter, roasted peanuts, and dark chocolate. A guilt-free indulgence packed with flavor and nutrition.

Medjool Dates:

  • 12 medjool dates, pitted

Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Roasted Peanuts:

  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Dark Chocolate Coating:

  • 100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Garnish:

  • Sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Slice and Pit Dates: Slice each medjool date lengthwise, remove the pit.
  2. Fill with Peanut Butter: Fill each date with peanut butter.
  3. Add Peanuts: Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
  4. Melt Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together.
  5. Coat Dates: Dip stuffed dates in chocolate, sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until firm.
  7. Serve: Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
