  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk (or half and half)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Pesto

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, cook the penne pasta al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
