Dry Ingredients:
- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

- 1 cup chopped mint Oreo cookies (or Thin Mints)
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup Guittard mint chips or chopped Andes mints
- Flaky sea salt for sprinkling on cookies
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.
