Chicken:
- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper (to season the chicken)
Brown Sugar Sauce:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Mix Brown Sugar Sauce: In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup brown sugar, 1 Tbsp water, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp ground black pepper.
