  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Scrambled Eggs: Whisk eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook in butter until just set.
