Bacon:
Broccoli Salad:
- 1/4 of a medium red onion, finely chopped (about 1/3 cup)
- 2 Jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1 pound broccoli (1 head), rinsed and cut into florets

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
