Ingredients

Scale

For Hot Latte:

  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon apple butter
  • 1 teaspoon butterscotch sauce (or caramel sauce, optional)
  • 1 shot (1.35 ounces) strong, hot espresso

For Iced Latte:

  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon apple butter
  • 1 teaspoon butterscotch sauce (or caramel sauce, optional)
  • 1 shot (1.35 ounces) strong, hot espresso

Instructions

  1. To make a hot latte: Combine the oat milk, apple butter, and butterscotch. Steam and froth the milk. Pour in the espresso.
  2. To make an iced latte: Combine the oat milk, apple butter, and butterscotch in a tall glass. Whisk until smooth (the caramel may not fully incorporate into the milk; that’s ok!). Add ice. Pour in the espresso.
