  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes

Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Peel and slice the potatoes to ¼ inch thickness.
  2. Soaking: Soak potato slices in water for 15-30 minutes, then drain and dry.
  3. Seasoning: Coat potato slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic, and onion powder.
  4. Air Frying: Place slices in air fryer, cook at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
