Chicken:
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
Garlic Mayo:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Coating:
- 1 cup seasoned Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
